Many of us who are John Edwards supporters were taken aback by the news that his wife, Elizabeth, has discovered that she is once again facing a battle with cancer.  She bravely did so against breast cancer and survived, with John as her soulmate and cheerleader.  Her family pulled together and they won the good fight.
