ending child hunger by 2015

Many of you already know that I have been involved over the past three years with Fight Hunger, a United Nations World Food Programme. I not only participated in the walks, I organized the “Walk the World” events in my area. There were only 15 US walks the first year and West Chester was one of them. About 15 people joined that effort and we raised close to $1,000.00. Last year there were over 65 walks in the US, and again West Chester was one of them.

The School Feeding Programme is a great way to help – not only do children get nourished, they get nurtured and an education as well!
