As a young progressive, what I find most encouraging about Senator Edwards and his campaign is the remarkable blend of pragmatism, realism, and optimism that they seem to have packaged for us voters to unwrap.  He speaks so candidly and directly about our country’s strengths and weaknesses that he’s managed to make his honesty something palpable.
